They have built five star hotel Radisson Blu in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, GD Goenka Public School Roihini, New Delhi to name a few. Beverly Golf Avenue Sector 65 Mohali is their first project outside National Capital Region.The name Beverly Golf Avenue has been aptly kept as Mohali Golf range is the immediate neighbour. The 7 acre site is located in sector-65, Mohalihas been bought by MB Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. from GMADA. The CEO of the company is Mr. Manmohan Garg a civil engineer. Thesite has been bought in auction from GMADA (Greater Mohali Area Development Authority) and plus RERA (PBRERA-SAS81-PR0111) has been taken. It’s an excellent 7 acre site open on 3 sides with roads 100 ft, 60 ft and 40 ft wide. There is only a road separating the site and Chandigarh. Sector 48 of Chandigarh is right opposite to the site. There is no other site of flats of Mohali in such close proximity to Chandigarh. The 100 feet wide road connects the site with Tribune Chowk on one side and joins the Chandigarh/ Mohali International Airport Road near Indian School of Business (ISB) Mohali and IISER Mohali.

Mohali Golf range is in the middle of the project. Beverly Golf Avenue is giving one membership of the range free. Range is managed by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) and has hired coaches to train budding young Golfers.

IT city is 5 Km from Beverly Golf Avenue. Itwill be the Job hub and the education hub. Infosys campus will come up in coming years. Amity has started construction and will start the session in 2020.
